Stephanie Deshpande will demonstrate how to approach a portrait using a photo reference in this 4-session Zoom class. She breaks down and simplifies the steps to successfully paint realistic portraits in oils. Students will learn how to use light and shadow to define the structure of the face, and simple measuring techniques to capture accurate likenesses. Open to all levels. Every session will be recorded, and personalized feedback given by email.
